 I think some of the new sentences can be improved a bit further:

 * "It is also suggested that you should review your Privacy Policy from
 time to time" → "You should also review your Privacy Policy from time to
 time" **or** "It is also suggested that you review your Privacy Policy
 from time to time".
 * "Before getting started, some information on the database is needed. You
 will need to know the following items before proceeding." → "Before
 getting started, some information on the database is required. You will
 need to know the following items before proceeding." (Replace "''needed''"
 with "''required''" to avoid tautology.)
