 Hi there welcome to trac! thanks for the report.

 But unless I'm missing something, isn't normal that when you choose white
 text color on white background the text does not show again?

 Please, by "Block heading disappears", what do you mean? the block doesn't
 exist anymore in the editor? or the text is there, but is unreadable
 because of white color?
