 [53141] updated the `caniuse` database to the latest version. This ticket
 is to ensure that any CSS files generated by Core build tools (not
 distributed in NPM dependencies) are updated accordingly with `grunt
 precommit:css`.

 For historical reference, the update in [53141] produced the following
