Comment:

 @antpb Can you provide a second opinion on this? I'm pretty confident that
 removing access to crop on mobile is no longer relevant, but I only tested
 on Android. The CSS changes here are pretty valuable, so it would be nice
 to get this in by Tuesday. With the PHP changes removed, I think it's very
 doable.
