 At this point, how can we move this ticket forward? Still trying to decide
 on a patch or is it awaiting further testing? I personally do not have a
 preference. Whatever works the best, I'm good with.

 Think we'll be able to land this for 5.9 and then get Gutenberg Issue open
 for dynamic JS updates?
