 CI is failing on `Ensure version-controlled files are not modified or
 deleted`, as the modified file doesn't match
 `@wordpress/widgets/src/blocks/legacy-widget/index.php`.

 I've opened an issue on the Gutenberg repo
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/35168 here] to request
 changes to this file so that CI can pass.

 While this discussion leads to majority support for the CSS solution after
 testing and accessibility feedback, I've also welcomed further comment
 from the folks in the Gutenberg repo. For those watching this ticket, I'd
 suggest you keep an eye on
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/35168 the issue] there to
 stay fully updated, as this may require changes in both repos.
