 Tests: Further improve the tests for
 `avoid_blog_page_permalink_collision()`:

 * Rename the test filename and class to match the name of the function
 being tested.
 * Remove unnecessary `setUp()` and `tearDown()` methods.
 * Replace the `only` test group with `post`.
