 Apologies, the above description of ''"alignment or size"'' isn't
 accurate, that got missed when copying from
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/54056 a related issue on Twenty
 Twenty].

 On Twenty Nineteen the issue appears to be primarily vertical alignement
 and the size of the `::before` element.
