 @PerS's approach in https://github.com/soderlind/super-admin-all-sites-
 menu seems to handle things pretty well here.  What significant concerns
 would folks have with that approach?  Asked differently, if that happened
 to be a featured plugin approach what additional updates/fixes would folks
 ideally want to see there?
