 Hi and welcome to WordPress Trac!

 This seems to be a problem in the Avada/Fusion Website Builder plugin(s),
 and I see you already opened a [https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic
 /avada-lightbox-shows-images-twice/ topic in their community support
 forums]. They also have a [https://theme-
 fusion.com/support/submit-a-ticket/ support ticket] system, if you would
 prefer that.

 To help them determine the problem, please include more details there. For
 example, does it only occur when you add an image with a caption? Also, do
 you add these images in the standard Text Block or the Image element (or
 another design element)?

 Because the error is not likely related to the WordPress core package,
 I'll close this ticket.
