 No Search Index API without a site being verified which requires a Google
 account and oauth which requires a GCP project.

 There is a few points about what should or should not be sent for
 indexing, how about relying on what is available in WordPress XML
 sitemaps? I imagine that developers who are purposefully
 including/excluding urls from their sitemaps would want that to be
 applicable to indexing push API too (after all, it serves the same
 purpose, unlike WP REST API).
