 If this was to be changed, the `wp.a11y.speak` notices would also need to
 be updated/new ones added. See #53840 for an example of an upcoming change
 already needed for these.

 The notices needing updated isn't a problem though - just noting that
 should this proposal be accepted, `accessibility` should also be added as
 a focus for this reason among others.

 In terms of the current discussion, I'm not sure if the work being done
 with the Navigation block and FSE removes the usefulness of this proposed
 change, as many websites don't use the Block Editor and may not use FSE -
 happy to be missing something though.
