 @sabernhardt Thanks for detailed scenarios!

 I'm having troubles with the `Test user settings in block widget editor`.
 Basically, it's not possible to uncheck the checkbox and save settings.

 Followed exactly the same steps starting from the top + used a couple of
 diferent themes.

 Everything else is working properly.
