 Thanks for the report!

 Because this involves the block editor, could you open an issue on GitHub
 and add the screenshots there (instead of using the Lightshot site)?

 The label had a bottom margin of 8px in 5.5 and not 5.6 (and it's still
 missing in 5.8.1 with Gutenberg 11.7.0).
