 When you creating a reply for custom comment_type. Lets say our
 comment_type is for 'product_review'. When we create a reply from admin
 panel. The comment_type of the reply created as 'comment', which doesnt
 make sense. So our reply will not be shown in comment_list for
 'product_review'.

 Or we can make user decide if this comment should be created as the same
 comment_type as the parent via checkbox in the comment reply form in admin
 panel.
