 @Boniu91 Thanks for catching my mistake in the instructions. Setting the
 cropped image's alt text still requires going to the Media Library.
 (#46127 enabled setting the text in media's grid view, not when cropping.)
 #37750 is a separate ticket for retaining the properties in a cropped
 image.
