 WordPress" is located at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-
 troubleshooting/

 There is also a forum is Portuguese,
 https://pt.wordpress.org/support/forum/problemas-no-funcionamento/ where
 you can try to post, but that forum is much less active, so there's a risk
 that you won't get a response there (although the Portuguese and Brazilian
 communities actually are quite active!)
