 OK. In `get_attachment_fields_to_edit` it's about ensuring that the value
 is a string, I think; but this patch isn't doing that. This patch will use
 it as long as it's any non-empty value; which would include non-string
 values. This looks like it would assign the alt attribute as an empty
 array if that's what the function returned.
