 The Admin of the latest nightly seems broken as it doesn't load any
 stylesheet on back-end.

 Context: updated to last nightly using the Beta Tester plugin.

 It looks like an issue with assets concatenation as `define(
 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );` fixes the issue.

 I believe it has to do with the latest Gutenberg merge. Maybe related to
 [52069].
