 Admin/UI-Copy: reword some "we" usages.

 This changes some admin-area, user-facing text, to better match the
 guidelines and recommendations set forth in the make/core handbook,
 specifically:

 > the word “we” should be avoided (...) unless its made very clear which
 group is speaking

 (There are several more usages of "we" that will receive this same
 scrutiny in future commits/releases.)
