Comment:

 As noted previously, it's generally not a good idea to set the entire
 `wp_head()` as a partial. I haven't seen any use cases noted that would
 require that approach instead of more-targeted partials.

 It sounds like [attachment:"46540.diff"] may fix this issue, but it's not
 clear whether that's a necessary change.
