 Posts, Post Types: Remove some unused strings from built-in post type
 declarations.

 The `customize_changeset`, `wp_block`, and `wp_template` post types are
 not displayed in the admin menu or in the admin bar.

 If they do get added, the labels can just fall back to `name` and
 `singular_name` until separate strings are required for more flexible
 translations.
