 Not sure if this is related, but orders have disappeared from individual
 customer's order history, and if I search order on admin side using
 customer ID, it returns nothing.  But the download permissions are still
 active for each customer.  Orders reappear in the admin order history if I
 switch view from "All Dates" to a specific period.
