 This is where bugs and enhancements for the core WordPress software are
 reported and progress on them tracked. It sounds like you are having
 issues with a plugin though, so you would be better served using their
 support forums, or other support contact. Based on the name of the plugin
 you mentioned, you can find their support forums at
 https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/email-customizer-for-woocommerce/

 Since this is not an issue with WordPress it self, but with a plugin, I'm
 going to close this ticket (the keyword for such closed tickets is
 `invalid`, this doesn't indicate that your issue is invalid, but that it's
 invalid in the sense of it being related to the core WordPress software).
