 Thank you @WhirledPress for reporting this. We discussed this during a
 [recent
 session]https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02RQBWTW/p1621317150035700.
 Upon consultation with the team I have gone ahead and removed the severity
 of the ticket and reduced focuses. While reproducing the issue we did not
 see any additional scrollbars in the visual mode of the classic editor. It
 would definitely help if you can kindly add more information including
 screenshots to the ticket. Cheers!
