Comment:

 I think an easy solution to comment:11 would be to place all of the
 comment on a single line, as it was in [attachment:"37199.diff"].

 This pushes the line to 94 characters, which is a bit higher than the
 recommended cut-off point of 80 characters as per the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/coding-standards/inline-documentation-
 standards/php/#line-wrapping  documentation standards], but is still
 within the limit of 120 characters.
