 I run a WP multisite with more than 400 sites.

 If I´m SuperAdmin, the site run slow but if  with a second SuperAdmin
 account where i did deactivate My Sites, the installation run normal.

 Since a SuperAdmin do not require the shortcut, maybe is better for
 performance reasons to deactivated.
