 It was discussed in the recent Media component meeting that saying "Jump
 to first loaded item" is a great way to make this not focus on images or
 any other specific media type and still be clear. I agree that some folks
 might be confused and miss the "loaded" part of that phrase but it may be
 the clearest option to start with. This is also a very low impacting
 button to press as it keeps you on the same page and only changes your
 focus. Folks will learn pretty quickly what it does.

 @hellofromTonya mentioned in the meeting on the pending count issue, "I
 think it would be a better experience for users if we could solve it
 before 5.8 beta. That said, it would be good to get the patch committed
 and then work on that specific issue as a follow-up."

 It was agreed by multiple participants in the meeting that landing this
 sooner and iterating is ideal. :)
