 The WordPress REST API includes `http://v2.wp-api.org/` in the `help` key
 on all responses, we should update that to either be the current redirect
 location  `https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/` or possibly
 `https://api.wordpress.org/` (which redirects to the same location)
