 Hi @joedolson, Thanks for the review.
 I tried to follow your recommendations (21603.4.diff). I changed the
 button to checkbox and prepare two states with a label update.
 I have worked on the list of items awaiting deletion but I have not yet
 done the wp.a11y.speak part. I need to get your feedback first to see if
 I'm on the right track. Thanks again.
