 @JosVelasco thanx for the ticket!  And welcome to Trac.

 I like the idea of a link to the changelog, but thing including the
 changelog text in the body of the email messages would be overkill (and
 make them harder to site admins to see what was updated).

 We briefly discussed this ticket on
 [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/CULBN711P/p1620150090088400 Slack]
 today and there seems to be agreement that this is something that we can
 work on.
