 @devnel Thanks for the report!

 [attachment:"53112.patch"] sets all editor pullquote styles to put the
 quote in italics and remove all-caps from the citation with Twenty
 Nineteen.

 I also noticed a discrepancy between pullquote block alignment options
 with the Twenty Twenty theme, but I'm unsure whether that would be better
 on a separate ticket.
