Old description:

 It's worth noting as we are working towards this change. Being able to
 pass a registered size param to `get_avatar()` is desirable and maybe in
 the scope of this ticket?

 We came across this issue in the recent Media bug scrub:
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/37773

 Am I wrong that the current patch is using `full` by default? I'm seeing
 in the patch `get_avatar_url` is using 'full'. Is that a risk if I have a
 long list of posts with folks that upload large images as their profile
 pictures?
