 Just to clarify a bit more, the user role filter on that screen are the
 links below the heading:

 > Wszyscy (2) | Administrator (1) | Redaktor (1)

 As noted above, the highlighted dropdown is not a user role filter, it can
 be used to change the role of selected users.
