 In Safari only when you edit a menu's e.g. Title Attribute and enter e.g.
 "something autofill" and save the menu and then change it to "Something
 autofill" and save again... then try to change it to e.g. "something
 autofill" Safari will autofill it with Something autofill for you, which
 is annoying.

 think these fields should have autocomplete="off" by default.
