 That 300px medium preference seems to remain with images already uploaded.
 I have changed all Media sizes to eg 740px wide, and if I upload a new
 image it defaults to Medium 740px wide, but if I try to insert any older
 images, they default to the Medium 300px wide, like it is metadata
 associated with the image when uploaded?
