 Looking at [attachment:"35725.11.diff"], I think the changes to `wp-
 includes/ID3/` should probably be left out for now, since it's an
 [https://github.com/JamesHeinrich/getID3 external library] and not a
 WordPress project. We might want to suggest these changes upstream if
 necessary.
