 I also have these, but in my case, they are caused by the Post SMTP
 plugin. I expect an update soon.

 There might be other plugins doing this, or even your theme, so make sure
 you update everything and contact the plugin authors and ask them to fix
 the notices.

 Note that the Query Monitor plugin will show you which plugin is
 triggering these messages.
