 Hi @tonic75!

 The support forums are better than Trac for individual site support, and
 it's probably best to start here today:

 I didn't notice any trouble using the Classic Editor or Insert Headers and
 Footers with the Neve theme activated in my local installation. However,
 that is the Neve theme's 404 page not found error.

 If you follow the steps in the support topic and it's still not working,
 you could open your own topic on that forum (Fixing WordPress).
