 Can you make it so div.block-editor-block-list__insertion-point.is-
 vertical is clickable as well when this missing plus mark gets fixed
 please? We can mouseover the whole line now but only have a tiny area for
 adding the block (24px x 24px). This slight tweak would be a great
 accessibility improvement (width x 30px).
