 I was updating 3 plugins of a website and it got stuck with A **Schedule
 Maintenance Error**. I had to remove `maintenance.php` in order to bring
 the site out from it. Now I can see all my plugins are up to date but the
 message is still showing up.

 The link takes me to `update-core` page where I can see everything is up
 to date. Shouldn't this message go away when nothing else to update?
