 Hi @alaa1974 and Welcome to WordPress Core Trac.
 On this platform we track confirmed bugs that need to be fixed in
 WordPress Core (i.e. not errors in plugins, themes, or incorrect
 installations, etc.

 What you describe may be a bug in WordPress Core, but in any case you
 provide way too limited information to not only being able to reproduce
 the error, but even understand what your problem is.

 Therefore I'm going to close this ticket as invalid. If you later find
 that there really is an underlying error in WordPress Core, then you can
 come back here and add more details in order to enable contributors to
 reproduce and, ultimately, fix the problem.

 But for the moment being, your best option would be to post in
 https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/ where
 hopefully someone will be able to guide you through describing and
 troubleshooting your issue.
