 Able to reproduce the problem, i.e. the "move to" dropdown is not
 populated. ✅

 == After Patch

 The `Move To` dropdown is populated with the registered sidebars.
 Selecting correctly moves the widget to the selected sidebar. ✅

 Works as expected ✅ .
