 Thanks for giving more details @oglekler.

 I am now able to reproduce, but only after applying the PR attached to
 #53344. I also do not have a Dark Mode option on the version of MacOS I
 have currently, so I needed to use the button to turn it on before
 visiting the admin screen. Otherwise, it displayed normally.

 Let's test this after the beta 3 changes are all merged, and see if this
 is resolved.
