 Howdy Developers,

 As per my understanding, the Drop files to upload feature should be
 enabled during the Upload media section only or in the Media View.

 Instead of that, I have noticed that whenever the component of Crop Image
 or any other popup for media is open, then Drop files to upload are still
 there.

 Ultimately, the Drag and Upload Component to applied fully on `upload.php`
 page in Admin area. Even when I am editing my image, and dragging another
 image over the Edit image popup, the Dragger Component is visible.

 I guess, This needs a better way to manage Dragger Components.
