 To test, dark mode needs to be enabled as default in system preferences;
 the theme will follow whatever the system default is.

 A fix for this issue has just been merged here:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/32683/files#diff-
 8446adf7f1ecfdca32179d83664702bd4e3120ce0ba246d874153f222e9dc26eL93 and
 will be backported to Core, so let's re-test this once Beta 3 is out.
