 @oglekler I'm unable to get the Dark Mode button to show in the admin. Can
 you provide more steps to reproduce?

 I have the Twenty Twenty-One theme active, Dark Mode enabled in the theme.
 On the front end, I see the toggle button, but there is no button on the
 widget edit screen, even after toggling the button on the front end to
 each state.
