 Hi apolikamixitos and welcome to trac.

 WordPress has a [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/contribute
 /design-decisions/#whitelisting-oembed-providers whitelisting oembed
 providers] checklist which details how it's decided to whether to support
 an oembed provider.

 Usually I'd ask a reporter to go through the checklist but I can see via
 the website that neither the Twitter or Facebook accounts are verified and
 both have under 20 followers. Nor can I find a Wikipedia page for the
 service.

 I'm going to close the ticket now rather than pretend the site will be
 considered mainstream enough once the checklist is completed.

 For sites following the oembed specification, WordPress does support auto-
 discovery for  [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/2382765afa36e10bf3c74420024ad4e85763a47c/src/wp-
 includes/embed.php#L891-L906 a limited set of HTML tags and attributes].
 Initially, I suggest you either limit your responses to include those tags
 or create a plugin.
