 Yes, we have a spreadsheet for managing all docs needed for release.

 In first sheet you'll find all Trac tickets marked for any sort of
 documentation (block editor being excluded). Those are split into 3
 sheets: Dev notes (tickets marked `needs-dev-note`), DevHub changes
 (tickets marked `needs-docs`) and HelpHub changes (tickets marked `needs-
 codex`). Block editor dev docs is in its own sheet and includes GitHub
 issues marked for dev notes but also issues for updating Block editor dev
 handbook. And the last sheet is for block editor end user changes. We have
 a specific workflow for that so you'll find link to a different Drive
 folder where all end user facing changes are listed.
