 The long form of WXR has had the capital X in eXtended since it was added
 in [3769].

 Similarly, a few glossaries—such as those from
 [https://csrc.nist.gov/glossary/term/eXtensible_Markup_Language NIST] and
 [https://www.pcmag.com/encyclopedia/term/xml PCMag]—capitalize the X in
 eXtensible to explain the XML abbreviation. I saw many more Google results
 with lowercase, but the capital letter is acceptable.
